Failure to abide by the Terms of Service may result in a rejected/canceled commission with or without a refund, and/or a blacklist announcement providing the details of the incident to the public. Please note that these Terms of Service may be subject to change without prior notice. These were last updated as 27 September 2025.

The Artist will NOT draw any of the following:
Any sort of pro-hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, or characters with Nazi/Soviet/etc. imagery or paraphernalia.
Certain kinks/fetishes (ex. watersports, DDLG, noncon, emetophilia, zoophilia, etc.)
Sexualized underage characters (in actual age or appearance)
Incestuous relations
Section 2 - Code of Conduct
The Client may contact the Artist at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission, but no more than 3-4 times every week. The Client is encouraged to contact the Artist via social media if the Client is unable to reach the Artist via e-mail.
The Artist has a right to refuse or cancel the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation. A full refund should be processed in the rare event this occurs.
The Client has a right to cancel the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation. If the Client cancels the commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a partial refund, depending on how much of the commission has been finished: being a 90% refund if the commission hasn't started, a 75% refund if in the sketch stage, a 50% refund if in the lineart stage, a 25% refund if in the base color stage, and no refund if in the compositing stage. The Client will not be entitled to receive any files of the commission if refunded this way.
If the Client is unsatisfied with the commission, the Artist is willing to discuss and make minor edits. Any desired major revisions will likely be rejected. The Client may commission another piece from the Artist if the Client so chooses with changes that will satisfy the Client. However, the Client will have to pay an additional agreed upon fee.
The Artist will not work with deadlines or rush orders unless discussed otherwise.
The Artist does not work on a "first come first serve" basis. Smaller commissions/commissions that do not take much time may be worked on in between larger commissions/commissions requiring more time.
The Artist will only start working on the commission once the first payment has been confirmed. The Artist will only send the Client the Client's finished commission once the Client's payment has been confirmed. The Client does not need to pay extra for any online platform service fees during either monetary transaction.
Section 3 - Image Rights
The Client may use and reupload the commission for personal/non-commercial use if proper credit to the Artist is given. A link back to one of the Artist's social media is encouraged but not necessary.
The Client may make edits to the completed commission as long as they abide by the rules of what the Artist is comfortable with being depicted as stated by the will/won't draw sections.
The Client may not claim the commission solely as the Client's own work, whether The Client did or did not make any edits to the commission.
The Client may not use the commission for any commercial use unless discussed with the Artist beforehand. Commissions for commercial use may be charged more than personal/non-commercial commissions.
If the commission includes intellectual property that does not belong to the Artist or the Client, the Artist and the Client must abide by intellectual property laws when using the commission. The Artist/Client is not responsible for the Client/Artist's negligence to oblige.
The Artist has a right to upload the commission on any and/or all social media as a portfolio example with proper credit to the Client unless specified in writing to keep the commission private.
Section 4 - Delivery Turnaround
All commissions will be done in the style ordered in the sample unless otherwise stated.
All commissions will be formatted in either .png or .gif format with dimensions ranging from 50px - 3000px+ at 350 DPI, unless specified otherwise. Exceptions may be made depending on the commission.
The Client may request a specific canvas size or aspect ratio for a digital commission. Commissions with a canvas size larger than 3000px may have an additional charge. The Client may ask for the commission to be a higher DPI if the Client plans to personally print the commission; however, there will be an additional charge.
Commissions will be sent via e-mail/private message with the completed commission file/s attached.
Depending on the desired style and queue, the estimated wait time is about two weeks. The Client should expect to be updated every 2-5 business days with updates, likely in the form of work-in-progress screenshots.
